The food was excellent with a good choice of choices. Every staff member was pleasant and courteous. A motorway was located near the venue. I had a great time at Best Western Hotel Green City in Parma. the food options were top-notch, the staff was friendly and professional, and the hotel's convenient location near a motorway made travel easy.

Quaint hotel in an exceptionally nice location to eat in the garden. Good sized and nice styled room with private bathroom and an electronic key card, a work desk and a multi-channel television. Location close to good restaurant and breakfast as well as the Parma airport and Parma city center...

When we checked in, double room with very nice garden was ready. An electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar and air conditioning were great. The staff was patient plus the location was convenient.

Breakfast was poor, and staff serving it was miserable.

The hotel is very new and trendy looking. The room was clean with free Wi-fi and good parking was available. Staff were friendly and speak good English. Breakfast was good especially for European standard.

No AC in the room.

The location was convenient, just outside Parma, and the surrounding grounds were well-maintained and peaceful. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the unique atmosphere of the hotel, converted from a set of farm buildings. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and during summer, dining outside was an added bonus. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the range of sunbeds and loungers in the grounds, perfect for relaxation. And let's not forget about the semi-wild rabbits in the hotel grounds, they were a good sight to see. my experience at Hotel City Parma was excellent and I highly recommend it.

The restaurant here was great, the food was surprisingly delicious, and we tried some excellent dishes. the staff was really friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information. 🍽️

It's rather hard to find hotel if you don't know the city roots, breakfasts are too simple to be italian )
